This is the bag of bones called Kevin Glenney.  It's a strange machine designed to give meaning and significance to everything.  Sometimes the machine likes to reflect on it's existence.  A lot of times the machine wants to stir up trouble.  And sometimes the machine just wants to ride its bicycle.
